There are several good web browsers available now.
I would recommend using Firefox or Brave.

You should use Firefox browser with some plugins.
Brave browser can be used out of the box.
When you use a VPN, an important setting for Brave and a plugin for Firefox seems to be the WebRTC plugin setting. When you use a VPN, you probably want to disable WebRTC to hide your identity.
